Wise Choice Home Health Care and Resource Center is available to help those who are at a disadvantage and might otherwise be considered disabled. The disibility does not have to be permanent or long term to receive our services. If you are considered low income, services can be free to those who qualify. Our sevices are designed to be low or no cost for the benefit of the client and have always been this way with Wise Choice.
